Why I write?
Personal development. For many years now I’ve been journaling to myself. While writing out my thoughts it led me to a deeper understanding of myself and how I come off to society. I found many profound truths, at least to me it seemed so. My perspective is coming from a 1st generation Mexican-American who’s mother watches more news about what’s happening down South and a father who signed up for the US Army after emigrating. I have no formal education other than highschool, and worked with blue-collar men from the age of 15 on weekends and after school. I am a white baby in a Mexican household who has red hair coming out his face and didn’t fit in with the others as a kid. I don’t offer any political advice. All I hope to do here is think out loud and continue to learn and share the data I find with you. I work as a carpenter/painter now but my dream has always been to find success with art and be able to live off my passion somehow.
